WELCOME TO Finance Hub

FinanceHub’s main wish is to improve lives through education courses. We enable anyone anywhere to create and share educational courses and to enroll in these educational courses to learn (“Users”).

Instructions (“FinenceHub,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at financehubincomes.com and through its Applications located at: https://apps.apple.com/tr/app/co.finence.hub (the “Site” and “Applications” relatively) and related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and Applications, and the Site (the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY, AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE, APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES. You acknowledge that certain Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions or other online policies as may be set forth on the Site and Applications or if you use the Site and the Applications as an employee or agent of a third party who has executed a separate agreement with us (collectively, "Additional Terms"). Your use of such Services constitutes your agreement to these Terms, and all applicable Additional Terms. We also provide details regarding our processing of personal data of our Users in our Privacy Policy. The Services are offered and available to Users who are able to enter into binding contracts in the country or state in which they reside. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet the foregoing eligibility requirements. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND THE APPLICATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR APPLICATIONS.

Users and Content User - an individual who uses the Site/Applications on a free basis, regardless of the fact of registration at the Site or Applications.

Content or Course- audiovisual, musical works, phonograms, videograms, graphic, text and other materials, access to viewing of which is provided to the Users through Site.


ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS You need an account for most activities on our Site and Applications. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting our Support at financehubpro@gmail.com. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use FinenceHub’s Services.

The FinenceHub’s Services, and any Content/Courses made available at our Site or Applications, is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With your FinanceHub purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the FinanceHub Content/Courses. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the Services for public performances. FinanceHub may revoke your license at any time in its sole discretion. Upon such revocation, you must promptly destroy all content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site or Applications, as well as copies of such materials, whether made in accordance with these Terms or otherwise.

You need an account for most activities on our platform, including purchasing and enroll in a Content/Courses. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account.

You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account and FinanceHub will not intervene in disputes between Users who have shared account login credentials. We may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.

You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. You also agree that you will create, use, and access only one User Account, and you will not access the Site and Applications using multiple User Accounts. You are fully responsible for all use of your login credentials.

You can use your e-mail address as well as a password of your choice to register. Alternatively, you may register using a single sign-on service (for example, Facebook login). You can register via our Site or after downloading our iOS, Android Applications.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Site and Applications and use the Services. If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account.

Additional information may be required to confirm your identity. Provision of required information is a condition of your use of the Services and participation in our membership, and you represent and warrant that all the information you provide on the Site or Applications is correct, current and complete and does not impersonate any third party.

Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You can terminate your account at any time trough Site or Applications. You may check our Privacy Policy to see what happens when you terminate your account.

ACCESS TO CONTENT AND PAYMENT

Free Trial We offer a free or paid trial period for the Services when you create a User Account on the Site or Applications. The free trial period for the Services lasts for three days or as other duration specified during User Account sign-up ("Trial"). Only one Trial is permitted per User Account. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Services during the Trial are governed by these Terms We will automatically begin billing at the end of the Trial unless you expressly cancel the subscription prior to the end of the Trial. We may bill you for a billing period selected by you (e.g., monthly, annually, etc.) for temporary authorization at the time of the registration process. You hereby acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the end of the Trial and that not canceling your trial subscription prior to the end of the Trial may result in your first payment for the term of your subscription, as well as subsequent recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Access to Content

You may be given free or paid trial Access to the Content for a period of 3 days. After the end of the trial period, access is provided on the basis of a subscription for a period of one month or one year (at your choice). After receiving payment by FinanceHub, you will be given Access to the Content for a period determined by the selected subscription. The effective term of Access to Content shall be measured from the moment of the User’s payment for it and representation of the fact of payment for such service in the electronic payment system of the FinanceHub. “Access to Content” shall denote the FinanceHub`s provision of access for the User to the Content. Access to Content are paid subscriptions that allow you to access additional content and features through our Applications and Site.


Terms of Access to the Content Access to the Content may be provided to the User if such User makes a corresponding payment for Access to the Content, unless otherwise provided in loyalty programmers, special offers, and so on. You will have access to the Content as long as your subscription is valid FinanceHub shall have the right to stipulate the requirement for the User to register at the Site/Applications in order to pay for access to the Content. Subject to the terms of the present Agreement, the User and the FinanceHub shall confirm and agree that the Services shall be recognized to have been provided at the time of the User’s payment for such Services. The Services shall be recognized to have been provided by the FinanceHub in a due manner and in full regardless of whether the User has used the granted access to the Site/Applications. All fees and applicable taxes are payable in United States dollars.

Billing The subscription fee for the Services will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each month or year thereafter ("Billing") depending on your selected billing terms unless and until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill you each month or year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying subscription ("Extension Date"). Your Extension Date is subject to change due to subscription changes. All fees and applicable taxes are payable in United States dollars. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing.

In the event your paying subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill you on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate.

As used in these Terms, "Billing" means a charge, debit, or other payment clearance, as applicable, against your payment method.

Payment By starting your subscription, you authorize us to charge you a monthly or annual subscription fee depending on your type of subscription at the then-current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for any part of the Services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes that correspond to the completion of a promotional offer and/or changing or adding a subscription will take effect on the Extension Date without any prior notice to you from us. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any other price changes to your Services will take effect following email notice to you or an announcement on the Site or Applications.

To the extent the Services or any portion thereof is made available for any fee, you will be required to select a subscription type and provide FinanceHub information regarding your credit card or other payment instruments.

You represent and warrant to FinanceHub that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay FinanceHub the amount that is specified in the subscription type (as well as any applicable taxes) in accordance with the terms of such subscription and this Terms of Service. Furthermore, you hereby authorize FinanceHub to bill your payment instrument in accordance with the subscription type (as well as any applicable taxes) until you terminate your account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges, you must let FinanceHub know within fourteen (14) days after the date that FinanceHub charges you. We reserve the right to change FinanceHub 's prices and subscription typed terms. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with the Services.

You can also sign up for a paid subscription through an in-app purchase through our iOS or Android Applications. In order to do this, you must select the desired option on the subscription screen within the app, and a pop-up will appear where you have to enter your password for the third party appstore. As soon as you finish, a pop-up will appear in which you have to confirm the purchase of the subscription again. At this point you can still cancel the process. You should then receive a receipt confirmation from the third party appstore (not directly from FinanceHub).

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method or instrument. If your payment method fails, and you still get access to the Services you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within fourteen (14) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any Content/Courses for which we have not received adequate payment.

Auto-renewal of subscription. You authorize FinanceHub to maintain your account information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the Services you choose with no further action required by you. In the event that FinanceHub is unable to charge your account as authorized by you when you enrolled in subscription, FinanceHub, may, in its sole discretion: (i) bill you for Services and suspend your access to the Services until payment is received, and/or (ii) seek to update your account information through third-party sources (i.e., your bank or a payment processor) to continue charging your account as authorized by you.

FinanceHub may change the price for subscriptions from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance. Price changes for subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use your subscription after the price change takes effect.

Subscription cancellation and Refunds

When purchasing a subscription with the iOS or Android Applications, payment is made by Apple's, Google's or purchase process. As part of your access, your payment obligation to FinanceHub will be automatically renewed at the end of the relevant subscription term if you do not cancel your paid subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the term of subscription. You are not entitled to offset any claims against claims of FinanceHub, unless your counterclaims are finally determined with legal effect or undisputed. You are also entitled to offset against the claims of FinanceHub, if you make complaints for defects or counterclaims based on the same agreement.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Services provided or for any other reasons, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days after paying for the subscription in your jurisdiction via Support at financehubpro@gmail.com . After the expiration of 14 days from the date of the subscription, the cancellation of the subscription will be carried out without recalculation of funds, while maintaining access to the content until the end of the subscription period.

Therefore, payments (after the expiration of 14 days from the date of purchase/payment of the subscription) are nonrefundable and there are no refunds for partially used periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.

Any requests for a refund will be resolved on an individual basis unless otherwise provided by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated these Terms; violations are determined at FinanceHub 's sole discretion. If FinanceHub determines that you are abusing our refund rules (for example such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of subscription that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a payment), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Site/Applications without delivering a refund.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting Support at financehubpro@gmail.com or via Applications.

A paid subscription completed in our iOS or Android Applications be canceled in your iTunes and Google Play settings.

Unless otherwise noted during your purchase of the Service you choose, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, should you become dissatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days after purchase, FinanceHub will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access in an individual order. Refunds are made within 60 days of canceling the subscription. To request a refund or to ask a question regarding the refund, email Support at financehubpro@gmail.com .

CONDITIONS OF USE AND RULES OF CONDUCT You can only use Site and Applications for lawful purposes. You’re responsible for all the content that you post via Site or Application. You should keep the reviews, questions, posts, and others in line with the law, and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We can ban your account for repeated or major offenses. If you think someone is infringing your copyright on Site or Applications, let us know.

You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and behavior on Site or Applications must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you.

We may terminate or suspend your permission to use Site and Services or ban your account at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason, including for any violation of these Terms, if you fail to pay any fees when due, upon the request of law enforcement or government bodies, for extended periods of inactivity, for unexpected technical issues or problems, or if we suspect that you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon any such termination, we may delete your account and content, and we may prevent you from further access to the Site and Applications and use of our Services. Your content may still be available on the Site and Applications even if your account is terminated or suspended. You agree that we will have no liability to you or any third party for termination of your account, removal of your content, or blocking of your access to our Site, Applications and Services.

Illicit use You agree to not use the Site and Applications to: email or otherwise upload any content that (i) infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party; (ii) you do not have a right to upload under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (iv) poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person; (v) constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial activities and/or sales, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” “contests,” “sweepstakes,” or any other form of solicitation; (vi) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or (vii) in the sole judgment of FinanceHub, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Service, or which may expose FinanceHub or its Users to any harm or liability of any type; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law; impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18; harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other Users from the Service by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized. further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or obtain or attempt to access or otherwise obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.

Our rights to content you post We may provide you with the ability to post certain content, information, text, referral or materials to the Site and Applications ("User Content").

By submitting or posting content on or through the Site and Applications, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content (including your name and image) in any and all media or distribution methods (existing now or later developed). This includes making your content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with FinanceHub for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication of content on other media, as well as using your content for marketing purposes. You also waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar nature applicable to all these uses, to the extent permissible under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to authorize us to use any content that you submit. You also agree to all such uses of your content with no compensation paid to you.

Except for the foregoing limited license, your use of the Services and Content does not give you any rights or interest in any intellectual property rights in our Services.

To the extent that you provide User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, authorizations and/or clearances to provide and use User Content and permit us to use such User Content as provided above; (b) such User Content is accurate, current and reasonably complete; (c) you will maintain and update the User Content to keep it accurate, current and reasonably complete; (d) you have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to User Content; (e) as between you and us, you shall be solely responsible for any payment of any third-party fees related to the provision and use of such User Content; (f) such User Content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate or violate our or any third party rights (including without limitation privacy, publicity, intellectual property and any other proprietary rights, such as copyright, trademark and patent rights) or constitute a fraudulent statement, misrepresentation or unfair business practice; (g) you will not post or submit User Content that (i) is defamatory, damaging, disruptive, unlawful, inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate, pornographic, vulgar, indecent, profane, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, threatening, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; (ii) incites, encourages or threatens immediate physical harm against another, including but not limited to, User Content that promotes racism, bigotry, sexism, religious intolerance or harm against any group or individual; or (iii) contains materials that solicit personal information from anyone under 13 or exploit anyone in a sexual or violent manner; (h) you will not post User Content that contains advertisements or solicits any person to buy or sell products or services (other than our Services); (i) you will not post or submit User Content that constitutes, contains, installs or attempts to install or promote spyware, malware or other computer code, whether on our or others' computers or equipment, designed to enable you or others to gather information about or monitor the on-line or other activities of another party; (j) you will not transmit chain letter, bulk or junk email or interfere with, disrupt or create an undue burden on the Site or Applications, or Services connected to the Site and Applications, including without limitation, hacking into this Site, or using the system to send unsolicited or commercial emails, bulletins, comments or other communications; (k) you will not apply any data mining, data gathering or extraction method to the Site and Applications, including, without limitation, any robot, spider, scraper, or other systems to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission; (l) you will not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Site and Applications; and (m) you will not impersonate any other person or entity, use the Services to cheat, provide false or misleading identification or address information, or invade the privacy, or violate the personal or proprietary right, of any person or entity.

You acknowledge that the Site and Applications contains Content that is the property of FinanceHub, its affiliates, its licensors or other providers of such material and protected by copyright, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary intellectual property rights under applicable law and foreign laws. You also acknowledge that the Content is and shall remain the property of FinanceHub or the relevant third party who has been involved in the preparation or publication of such Content. You shall at no time assert any claims of ownership over any Content in connection with your use of the Services.

When accessing the Site or using the Applications, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as these Terms, and to respect the intellectual property rights of others, including public performance limitations or other restrictions on use of the Services or Content.

Third-Party Content Under no circumstances will FinanceHub be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including Users), including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that FinanceHub does not pre-screen content, but that FinanceHub and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Site and Applications. Without limiting the foregoing, FinanceHub and its designees will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed by FinanceHub, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

Copyright Infringement FinanceHub respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you should notify FinanceHub of your infringement claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below. You may also contact us by mail at: financehubpro@gmail.com To be effective, the notification must be in writing and contain the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site and Applications, with enough detail that we may find it on the Site and Applications; your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

SOFTWARE AND TRADEMARKS Any use of the Service or the Site and Applications Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Site and Applications or distributed in connection therewith are the property of FinanceHub, our affiliates and our partners (the “Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved byFinanceHub.

The FinanceHub name and logos are trademarks and service marks of FinanceHub (collectively the “FinanceHub Trademarks”). OtherFinanceHub, product, and service names and logos used and displayed via the Site and Applications may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to FinanceHub. Nothing in these Terms or the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of FinanceHub Trademarks displayed on the Service, without our prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of FinanceHub Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES The Site and Applications may contain links to websites and resources provided by third parties for your convenience. We have not reviewed and are unable to review all such third-party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external websites and resources and the content on them, and we do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, products, goods or services available on or through any such websites. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites. The Site and Applications may provide, or third parties may provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. FinanceHub has no control over such sites and resources and FinanceHub is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that FinanceHub will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the Site/Applications are between you and the third party, and you agree that FinanceHub is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party.

OUR RIGHTS All right, title, and interest in and to the Site, Applications and Services, including, our existing or future applications, databases, and the content our employees or partners submit or provide through our Services (but excluding content provided by Users) are and will remain the exclusive property of FinanceHub and its licensors. Our Site and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the applicable law and foreign countries. Nothing gives you a right to use the FinanceHub name or any of the FinanceHub trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding FinanceHub or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Site, Applications and Services: access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform (including content storage), FinanceHub’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Our service providers. disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems. copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on the Services. access or search or attempt to access or search our platform by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available search functionalities that are provided via our website, mobile apps. SITE AND APPLICATION MODIFICATION FinanceHub reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site, Applications, and Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that FinanceHub will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We have no obligation to retain any of Your Account or Content for any period of time beyond what may be required by applicable law.

MISCELLANEOUS LEGAL TERMS Binding Agreement You agree that by registering, accessing, or using our Site and Applications, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with FinanceHub. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services.

Our liability (and the liability of each of our group companies, suppliers, partners, and agents) to you or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to your claims.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification If you behave in a way that gets us in legal trouble, we may exercise legal recourse against you. Governing Law and Jurisdiction When these Terms mention “FinanceHub” “we,” “us,” “our”, they’re referring to the Meedmob, Inc. entity that you’re contracting with. These Terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you’re accessing our Services, you’re contracting with Meedmob, Inc. and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA without reference to its choice or conflicts of law principles. In cases where the “Dispute Resolution” section below doesn’t apply to you, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of federal and state courts in the State of Delaware, USA.

Actions at law and Notices No action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to these Terms may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, except where this limitation cannot be imposed by law.

Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by registered or certified mail return receipt requested, or email (by us to the email associated with your account or by you to financehubpro@gmail.com).

Relationship You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.

Assignment These Terms of Service are personal to you, and You may not assign or transfer these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For example, if you registered an account as an employee of a company, your account cannot be transferred to another employee.
